the front of charm was perfect and the size also. now the back was unfinished and did not look like a professionally made charm. I’ve made several with diffrent suppliers but this seemed to be rushed at the end to make delivery. allowed ample time but was not a smooth transition. supplier did compensate me for the issue. this the reason some of the ratings went up. I did sell all items in three days but was not happy of the back product.
